User account
Your User Account makes it possible to view and extend your loans of books or other documents from the library of MKC Prague.
To access your user account you need the number of your library card (written on the front of the card) and a six figure password, which is your date of birth (YYMMDD).
Browsing and extending your loans
You can only extend your loans via the on-line catalogue twice. Following extensions are only possible in person, over the phone (+420) 296 325 345 or by e-mail knihovna@mkc.cz.
On-line reservations/ bookings
Booking is free of charge to library members; your bookings will be confirmed via e-mail. Once confirmation is received you have two weeks to collect the books.
