Gender matters: capacity building seminar for czech non-governmental development organisations

The training is conceived as an educational seminar for future trainers and Gender Focal Points of development NGOs. It aims to strengthen expertise of development workers in mainstreaming gender into development cooperation projects and internal policies. As a result, the participants will be able to implement a gender perspective in their daily work and pass it on to their colleagues. Although the training is targeted mainly at development NGOs, representatives of other - particularly those working on transformation and democratization projects - are welcome to participate.
